I live near Luling. Through GoogleMaps, I called the number for a veterinary office in Luling to pick up OTC medicine. I ask what time they close. I was told 2 pm. So I jump in my car and rush over. I arrived at 1:30 pm. The doors are locked. The office is closed. Confused, I call the number again. It turns out, all calls are routed automatically to some Lockhart location. Not only did I not know there are multiple locations - because I only looked up the Luling one on GoogleMaps - I also did not know that these multiple locations close at different times. Because I was not warned that there were multiple locations, and I was not warned that despite ***dialing the number for Luling,*** I was speaking to Lockhart, and I was not warned that these locations may close at different times, I lost an hour of my workday running around for nothing. To whomever designed the office phone system: my time is valuable too.
Took my dog here after he was attacked by a pit bull and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff is very helpful and kept me updated on my dogs status the whole time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The best place and best service for your pets!
It was a shirt trip to the vet but you can tell they enjoy what they do so you know that translates into quality care
I would not recommend taking your loved one here,they only care about the money, not the pets...had been bringing mine there for nine years, came in with a snake bite and they wouldn't start treatment until my husband got there with $750.00 my loved pet didn't make it , we believe if she got sooner treatment she may have survived, it took my husband 2 hours to arrive there....I won't bring another loved one here.....
