I feel compelled to share my day's experience at Lockhart Whataburger.
No one in line ahead of me but long wait for a tequito and it was not even hot. Coffee was cold and place was a little dirty. Staff not so friendly. Will not return
I dealt directly with Leon today & was so thoroughly impressed with the way he went above and beyond to help me. Sometimes it is tough to meet all the demands of customers, but he took pride in going beyond his normal everyday duties to help me to complete satisfaction. I was so thrilled to find his kindness and patience. Keep up the great work, Leon! You are a game-changer :]
Its good just wish they had a veggie burger. Wonderful customer service here.
My wife and I were passing through and needed a restroom. The parking was readily available. The restrooms accessible, clean, spacious and unoccupied. The lobby was clean. The burgers were great. All the vegetable condiments were fresh, crisp and generously proportioned. 35 minutes later, we were on the road again.
