Rob and Faith are excellent employees. Since Lockhart only had one rental place, I would recommend anyone here. They are so nice and never have to wait. Never pushy or rude and after seeing past reviews of this place, I had to post my positive experience. I have rented 3 Times now and each time better than the last. Thanks Rob for being a great employee.
Easy fast check in lady's are very nice.
I rented a vehicle from the San Marcos location but an employee from the Lockhart location kept calling me and leaving very rude messages on my voice mail. Instead of dealing directly with my insurance company, who was paying for the vehicle, she hassled me several times and charged me an additional fee without even speaking to me or waiting for my insurance to contact her back. And when I tried calling her back that whole day I would get a recording stating that the call could not be completed. It took them until the 18th of August to return my money when it was charged on the 1st and the car was returned on the 5th. USAA has an in-house department of Enterprise, but instead of dealing with them, they charged me additional money without even talking to me first. Terrible way to treat customers. If I need a rental car in the future, I will try to get USAA to allow me to use someone other than Enterprise.
they are the only car rental in town and they act like that gives them the right to jack the prices up..go to a place like budget at the airport.
Nice people to rent from. Easy and affordable. .never had a problem with them. Highly recommended if in the area. And a ride home with in 10 miles of its location
